Setting a new benchmark
At Inkfish Care we are dedicated to setting a new benchmark in residential children’s services across England. Our mission is to provide the gold standard of care that can empower children to rebuild their lives free from exploitation.
We have developed the Inkfish 1-2-3 model to ensure each child receives personalised and comprehensive support:
We are not just providing a service; we are championing a cause to transform residential children’s services and offer hope and healing to those who need it most.

For Local Authorities
At Inkfish Care we aim to offer the gold standard of residential services to children who have been subject to experiences that mean that they require care that goes beyond the ordinary.
We aim to offer resilient placements with consistent carers and wher children can develop a feeling of safety that allows meaningful work to be undertaken. Direct work in the homes will focus on attachment building, understanding the child’s history and trauma and developing strategies to support both the development of healthy relationships and th skills needed for independent living.
Commissioning of Inkfish Care placements can be achieved through traditional DPS and Framework arrangements. However, as a forward thinking organisation, we would seek to develop deeper, more long-term oriented commissioning arrangements. With this in mind we welcome the development of Regional Care Cooperatives and other initiatives that promote closer strategic ties between Inkfish Care as a provider of specialist children’s services and the commissioning bodies that engage us.
Leadership team
Our leadership team comprises seasoned professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children. Their collective expertise in therapeutic care, education, and child protection guides our organisation’s vision and operations.
Accreditation and Partnerships
We are fully registered with Ofsted and adhere to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Our partnerships with local authorities, educational institutions, and therapeutic organisations ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development and well-being.
